Team i-Physique is coached by Kristi Tauti, IFBB Pro. She trains at the "Club" gym in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Kristi is a certified trainer and nutritionist. Team members live in the Portland Metropolitan area.
Kristi Tauti’s mission for Team i-Physique is to help women achieve levels of health and fitness along with total body transformations that far exceed their own expectations. Her team’s focus is on training and competing in Figure and Bikini competitions at NPC events in and around the Pacific Northwest.
Team members have been able to achieve maximum results through a combination of exercise, weight training and nutrition that is customized to each individuals body type, goals, and lifestyle.
